Profile
In 2008, Moshen interned at the Robert M. Schwartz Law Firm, in Hollywood, Florida, aiding in the prosecution of chemical, electrical and mechanical based inventions. He later assisted in matters of trademark prosecution at Garson, Segal, Steinmetz, Fladgate, LLP. In addition, he has interned at the Pubic Patent Foundation, where his duties included researching legal issues surrounding patent and trademark infringement and invalidity. He also examined the current state of law for permanent injunctions in light of eBay v. MercExchange.
Moshen has taken classes in Patent Law, Transactions Involving Patent Rights, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Patents, and Patent Practicum.
